ShoeHq
Shoe HQ required a homepage redesign to improve product discoverability and simplify navigation.
User behaviour analysis using Microsoft Clarity identified several friction points, including excessive scrolling, low engagement with category navigation and multiple competing content sections.
The objective was to create a clearer shopping pathway, surface high-converting content and support ongoing campaign and lead-generation initiatives.
Result:
The redesigned homepage prioritised product discovery, category navigation and brand exploration while reducing homepage complexity, contributing to a 1.3% increase in conversion rate.
